A rare opportunity for children in Colombo to learn and develop good qualities in life such as obedience, honesty, true friendship, respect, loving-kindness, compassion and much more.
Children have the opportunity to associate with noble friends, learn the Dhamma, clear up their doubts and practice meditation in order to build themselves a strong foundation for a brighter future! They also have the chance to collect merit every week by worshipping the Buddha statue, Arahant Relics, offering flowers and listening to Dhamma.
The program is conducted by the Buddhist Nuns of Mahamevnawa Buddhist Monasteries. All of our activities are free of charge and made possible through the generous donations of people living here in Colombo.
